Established in 1989 as The Treasurer's Club, the association has grown in numbers and spread. As Singapore increasingly become a treasury hub, membership now include group and regional corporate treasurers, treasury centre managers and other professional whose treasury activities cover a wide geographical spread.

ACTS is a non-profit organisation of individual memberships drawn from corporate treasurers and finance professionals involved in corporate
treasury work.
Eligibility
Membership is open to the following treasury and finance professionals working in non-bank organisations in Singapore:
- Corporate Treasurers
- Finance and Treasury Managers
- Financial Controllers
- Chief Financial Officers
Fees
Membership subscription is yearly based and valid for the current year from 1 January to 31 December. Membership subscription fees are tiered and members must be from the same company to enjoy the tiered pricing. Membership subscription fees are not pro-rated.
- 1 – 2 person(s): S$250 per person per year
- 3 – 5 persons: S$200 per person per year
- 6 and above: S$150 per person per year
