ASSOCIATION OF CORPORATE TREASURERS (SINGAPORE)

 

Membership Criteria

 
1.  Membership is opened to the following senior management professionals of non-bank corporations in Singapore:
 
  - Chief Financial Officers
  - Corporate Treasurers
  - Finance & Treasury Managers
  - Financial Controllers
   
2. Membership subscription is yearly based and valid for the current year from 1 January to December 31.
  Fees are not pro-rated. Membership subscription fees are tiered and members must be from the same company to enjoy the tiered pricing.
 
 
- 1 - 2 persons - S$250 per person per year
- 3 - 5 persons - S$200 per person per year
- 6 & above - S$150 per person per year
   
3. Transfer of Membership
 
 
- Membership fee paid by a corporation for a member can be transferred to the successor after approval by the Executive Committee.
- Membership fee paid by an individual can be transferred to his/her new employer after the Executive Committee reviews his/her new employer details.
   
4. Guests of current active paid members attending the monthly ACTS meetings may do so subject to the following conditions:
 
 
- Meetings are usually held on every 3rd Thursday of the month;
- Each member can bring a maximum of 2 guests to the meeting;
- If the event is sponsored by an external party, no charge will be levied. If the event is funded by ACTS, a charge of S$50/- per guest per event will be levied.
 

 

5. Management
 

The Secretariat undertakes the role & responsibility of ACTS daily operations. The people in charge are Mr Dennis Koh & Ms Koh Siew Min.

The management of ACTS is provided by an Executive Committee which is elected from amongst ACTS members for a period of two years. Elections take place at the beginning of years ending with odd numbers. There are 3 office bearers: a President, Honorary Secretary and Treasurer plus (up to) 7 Committee Members.

The Executive Committee meets on average once every quarter. Its activities include the planning of bi-monthly events, spearheading education initiatives and managing ACTS finances. The people overlooking the following responsibilities are:
