The Association shall
aim to become the premier body for financial and treasury
professionals in Singapore and shall provide a forum
for the discussion, enhancement, and championing of
new technological, functional and operational developments
in treasury-related fields. |

also become the platform for dialogue with various
government and regulatory bodies to promote the collective
interests of the members' organisations and the profession.
The Association shall thus help to raise the profile
of its membership and help increase the effectiveness
and efficiency of treasury professionals. |

A bi-monthly meeting
for all members. Speakers, representing banks, service
providers, economists would be invited to present
to members topics of current interest. The dinner
that follows allows members to interact and network. |

The Association also
provides resource persons to address various conferences
on treasury and financial matters, such as the EuroFinance
Treasury Management Conference (Singapore), the Treasurers'
Forum (Paris) and the University of Singapore's Annual
Financial Management Forum. |

The
Association is working with various academic and commercial
bodies to satisfy the education and training needs
of the Singapore market. The objective is to provide
education which caters to the requirements at different
levels, from the undergraduate level to ongoing professional
training. |
